Yoga at Reiki Sol Studio

Join me at Reiki Sol Studio! This class works to reconnect you with your bodies, and calm your minds. This flow is for all levels. You can challenge yourself by deeepening into poses if it feels aligned for your body at that time, or you can soften with modifications where you would like- this yoga is about you, for you, and is part of your personal journey. Please bring a yoga mat (I do have some available) a bottle of water, and anything else you wish to enhance your practice. If you pre-register online here this class will be $15 for the hour, or if you drop in it will be a $22 rate. Pre-registering helps me know ahead of time how many will be attending, so pre-registering is appreciated and necessary since space is limited, thank you for understanding this.
