Sound Bath December

Join me for a restorative sound bath December 8th from 7-8pm at Reiki Sol Studios located in Beverly, Chicago. As you relax and receive the healing frequencies of the sound bowls your chakras will resonate in alignment. Sound healing is an ancient healing practices daring back thousands of years. Many cultures utilized sound healing practices to assist ther physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies with the healing process. In modern times we are exposed to many stressors. When these daily stresses are not met with counter practices these energies build up within our systems creating dis-ease. Incorporating sound healing is a passive way to attend to these needs in an enjoyable way. Relaxing your nervous system and offering you a reset so you can feel nourished for days and weeks to come!
