Sound Bath

Join me for a restorative sound bath experience!. I love sharing sound therapy with others. The frequencies of sound healing have been used for thousands of years throughout many cultures. Ancient Egyptians used vocal toning, Aboriginal Australians have played the didgeridoo for over 40,000 years, and the Tibetans have incorporated sound bowls in to yoga practices and have induced many calming effects. My bowls are attuned to the Solfeggio frequencies that date back to ancient times. There are 6 main healing frequencies that are believed to assuage physical pain and assist in DNA repair. Join me for a soothing and resonant sound bath and connect with sound healing frequencies! This event will be held at Reiki Sol studios, located in Beverly Chicago.
