In this course you will learn about the foundations of Reiki and how to apply self healing. We will go over the history of Reiki which it’s important to learn, to understand its unique roots. You will learn the Reiki level I symbols and hand placements that you can use for self-treatment. You will begin to learn how to practice on plants, animals and others. This learning will deepen in Reiki Level II. During this class your level of energy awareness will heighten. I will also share some of my personal practices that have served me, my clients, and my students well over the years!
