Join us for our favorite monthly event at Reiki Sol! This event will be extended to welcome our special guest, @florencia.fridman who will be visiting us from New York! She and her brother created @cacaolaboratory where our beautiful ceremonial cacao has been sourced for our Sol Circles! We are so excited for you to meet her and for you to hear about her journey with mama cacao!
Cacao+Acupuncture+Sound will be held at Reiki Sol on Friday, September 25th, from 6:30-8:30 pm in Chicago.
We will spend more time sitting with our cacao and hearing about Florencia’s experiences sharing cacao around the world!
Dr. Jeni will ground us all with ear acupuncture supporting all of us with our health and well being! Then Nico Aya will share sound healing to support with a passive reset.
This will be a very special and nourishing evening for your sol as we begin to shed our leaves this fall and shift our focus inwards. 🍂💛

This evening was designed to help you relax and restore your well being! We begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, connecting with our intentions and with eachother. Cacao is the sacred fruit of the Mayans, Aztecs, and Olmecs. It has many healing properties. It is supportive of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well being. You will then receive ear acupuncture which is supportive of your physical and mental are well being, your vital organs. It has been known to support anxiety and depression. We will then close with sound healing to help align the frequencies within your chakras, helping reset your nervous systems. It is a beautiful evening of healing! Check out more details below!
Dr. Jeni joins us with her acupuncture expertise which includes her soft spot for oncology care. Dr. Jeni also has experience treating digestive disorders, stress/anxiety, muscle/joint pain, migraines/headaches, menstrual pain, and pre/post surgery support. We are so happy for have her join us in this space again! For anyone who didn’t get to meet Dr. Jeni in February of last year, she is an amazing acupuncturist, she has a very sweet dog/fur family member named Marge, and, drives a pretty sweet motorcycle! We are excited to have Dr. Jeni’s expertise in the space!
Nico Aya has been working in the wellness space and has over 15 years of experience as a multi disciplinary. She is a Reiki Master teacher, a Yoga and Dance instructor, Cacao facilitator, Breathwork facilitator, Sound Healing facilitator, Akashic reader, mental health professional, and artist. Nico brings a diverse background and loves to share things that support a person as a whole and vital being.
