Join us for our favorite monthly event at Reiki Sol! Cacao+Acupuncture+Sound will be held at Reiki Sol on March 27th from 7-8:30 pm. Dr. Jamie will be taking some much needed time to rest and reset and for the next few months and we will be joined by Dr. Jeni from Jade Dragon Chicago!

Dr. Jeni joins us with her acupuncture expertise which included her soft spot for oncology care. Dr. Jeni also has experience treating digestive disorders, stress/anxiety, muscle/joint pain, migraines/headaches, menstrual pain, and pre/post surgery support. We are so happy for have her join us in this space again! For anyone who didn’t get to meet Dr. Jeni in February of last year, she is an amazing acupuncturist, she has a very sweet dog/fur family member named Marge, and, drives a pretty sweet motorcycle! We are excited to have Dr. Jeni’s expertise in the space!

Together we will explore the energy of the cosmos, the Mayan cosmovision and spring awakening together in community during our Cacao Ceremony. Cacao is full of many health benefits like polyphenols, antioxidants; and is a beautiful center piece to our heart- centered practice.

We will weave the energy of cacao from our hearts into ear acupuncture with Dr. Jeni. Ear acupuncture can assist with stress and depression among many other health benefits! Each acupuncture point in the ear connects to a bodily organ and this practice can be very healing for the entire body.

Nico Aya will then close the practice with a sound bath to amplify these practices and reset our well being passively with healing frequencies. Sound vibrations are deeply healing for the nervous system. Sound vibrations stimulate the nervous system and help us enter the parasympathetic state (rest and digest) which helps the body reduce cortisol levels, promotes inner peace and balance, and much more!
